September 9: BOA Special Session

The BOA will meet for a Special Session at 6 pm at city hall. The tentative agenda can be found on the website. The confirmed agenda will be posted 24 hours in advance on the Bel-Nor website.

  • The tentative agenda includes:

    • Resolution/Q&A with the proposed restaurant tenant, Creole with a Side of Soul.

    • Discussion for public safety options in the city


September 16: Public Strategic Planning Session

Residents are encouraged to join us for our next Public Strategy Session at 6 pm, location TBD. More details to come and agenda will be posted on the website. The tentative agenda can be found on the website. The confirmed agenda will be posted 24 hours in advance on the Bel-Nor website.

BOA Special Session: The Board of Alderpersons will hold a Special Session on Tuesday, September 9, at 6:00 p.m. at city hall.

The agenda will include:

  • A Question & Answer session with the restaurant candidate, Creole with a Splash of Soul

  • A discussion of public safety options for the City.

  • The agenda and additional information for this meeting will be posted on the website.


Report a Concern: Have something to share?​ The City of Bel-Nor wants to hear from you. 

Use the City's Report a Concern form to to submit questions, comments, concerns, complaints, suggestions, or other feedback about City services, operations, properties, programs, or community issues. (Bottom of the Forms & Permits page)

You may submit the form anonymously or provide your contact information if you would like a response or follow-up from the City. 

You can use the form to:

  • Ask a question

  • Report a concern or ongoing issue

  • Share a complaint or suggestion

  • Upload photos, documents, or other supporting information

Please provide as much detail as possible so your submission can be routed to the appropriate person for review.


Sewer Laterals Repairs: the City of Bel-Nor offers up to $3,000 in reimbursement for sewer lateral repairs. Cleaning/inspection and video documentation of the failure are generally required; permits and local procedures apply before repair.

Water Service Line Repair: St. Louis County offers a water line repair program for a broken residential water service line from the water main to the dwelling. The applicable program fee must be collected through the water bill and the account generally must be current. The County inspects the break and uses licensed plumbers for approved work.

St. Louis County Library Favorite Authors Series: On September 9th at the Clark Family Branch, the library will be hosting an event for Blanche Touhill, the author of “The History of the University of Missouri-St. Louis: 1983-2003”. This event is free. For more details, click here.


Text 911: You can now text 911 in St. Louis County. Text to 911 is now live at all dispatch centers, providing a vital communication option for individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing, have speech disabilities, or are in situations where calling isn’t safe.

How to use Text to 911:

  • No photos, videos or emojis

  • Include your location and describe the emergency

  • Use clear and simple language

  • Keep your phone nearby in case the dispatcher needs more information
