Neighborhood Preservation: Having a dispute with a neighbor/tenant/landlord or know someone in this situation? We all want things to end peacefully and sometimes, extra help can make all the difference. Neighbor mediation connects conflicting parties with impartial, professionally trained volunteers to resolve disputes-such as noise, pets, property lines, etc.-without taking legal action.

Services are available in the St. Louis area that offer mediation services for neighbor disputes, along with other conflicts: Conflict Resolution Center, Community Mediation Services of St. Louis, and the St. Louis Mediation Project.

Neighborhood Safety: Shred sensitive documents: Destroy medical bills, credit card statements, and pre-approved credit offers before throwing them away. This protects your identity, your safety, your bank account, and potential headaches. Also, shredding old documents keeps your house organized, decluttered, and reduces fire hazards.
