Please note that the City of Bel-Nor requires roof permits and 2 inspections for new roofs. One inspection when the shingles are removed and a final. Permit applications are accepted online. Please head to the permit portal (top of this page), go to building permits, and fill out the needed information for a roof permit. Payment will need to made at City Hall before work begins and the permit is issued. Applications can also be filled out at City Hall.
