Electronic Recycling and Paper Shredding: Saturday, June 27, 2026 from 9 am - 12 noon at Beverly Hills Shopping Center, 6730 Natural Bridge Road, 63121. This event is sponsored by St. Louis County and proof of residency of the county may be requested.

Guidelines for this event:

• Drop off any electronic item with a cord or powered by a battery.

• All personal information on devices is securely destroyed.

• Not accepted: smoke detectors, disposable batteries, light bulbs, gas-powered equipment, or large appliances.

• Most items are free to recycle.

Fees (if bringing more than two of these items or if not a St. Louis County households):

• Any size CRT TV, Projection TV, Console TV or CRT monitor: $30

• Any size flatscreen TV or flatscreen monitor: $10

Document Shredding (On-Site):

• St. Louis County households may bring up to three banker-sized boxes of documents.

• Accepted: sensitive documents only (tax, financial, health records).

• Not accepted: hard drives, chargers, batteries, 3-ring binders, binder clips, or other objects.

• No businesses allowed.

Trash/Yard/Recycling pick-up will be on its regular schedule for Wednesday, July 8th.

Street Dance: Mark your calendar, the Street Dance will be Saturday, August 29th. Would you like to host a family-friendly activity or game for the Street Dance? Would you like to volunteer for an hour to help out? We are looking for volunteers to help host and coordinate this evening. Please contact committee with your ideas, belnorbe@gmail.com

Plant Sale: The fall is the best time to plant bulbs and the Beautification Committee will be hosting their plant sale on October 10th. Please mark your calendar for that day. As you thin your plants, please donate them to the sale!

Plant a Tree: If you are interested in planting a tree in your yard or your easement, sign-up for a free tree. Trees in the area are aging and planting now will help keep the shade and charm of your home. Contact belnortreeboard@gmail.com for more information.

Neighborhood Preservation: Water your new trees. During the first three years of a newly planted trees, the tree is expending a lot of energy trying to get its roots established in the soil. Especially during the summer, the tree will have a difficult time dealing with heat and drought. Property owners can help the trees establish themselves by providing 5 gallons of water per week and covering the soil with a donut of mulch.

Neighborhood Safety: Please remember that it is illegal for residents to purchase, posses, or discharge fireworks in St. Louis County.
